宫颈HR-HPV持续性感染者中医体质及焦虑状态二元Logistic回归分析

Binary Logistic regression analysis of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and anxiety state of patients with persistent HR-HPV in cervix

目的通过对持续性宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的患者进行中医体质及焦虑状态问卷调查,探讨持续性HR-HPV感染患者与中医体质及焦虑心理状态的相关性,为今后中医药预防和治疗宫颈HR-HPV持续性感染提供依据。方法收集本院行宫颈癌筛查,符合纳入标准的持续性HR-HPV感染患者为阳性组,与阳性组中患者同一时段检查的HPV阴性且无其他基础疾病的健康女性为阴性组。对其中医体质、焦虑心理状态进行问卷调查,建立Excel数据库,进行二元Logistic统计学分析。结果共收集177份有效调查问卷,经卡方检验或秩和检验得出可能与持续性HR-HPV感染的相关因素,再进一步采用二元Logistic回归分析发现,阳虚质、气虚质、焦虑状态与持续性HR-HPV感染呈负相关。阳虚质、气虚质人群较非阳虚质、非气虚质人群感染持续性HR-HPV的风险分别高3.535倍、3.835倍;焦虑状态每高1分,患持续性HR-HPV感染的风险会增加1.110倍。结论持续性HR-HPV感染与中医体质及焦虑状态具有相关性。

Objective Through a questionnaire survey on traditional Chinese medicine constitution and anxiety status of patients with persistent high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection,to explore the correlation between persistent HR-HPV infection and traditional Chinese medicine constitution and anxiety state,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of persistent cervical HR-HPV infection with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods Cervical cancer screening was performed in our hospital.Patients with persistent HR-HPV infection who met the inclusion criteria were included in the positive group,while healthy women with HPV-negative and no other underlying diseases were included in the negative group at the same time as the patients in the positive group.The traditional Chinese medicine constitution and anxiety state were investigated by questionnaire,Excel database was established,and binary Logistic statistical analysis was carried out.ResultsA total of 177 valid questionnaires were collected,and the factors that may be related to persistent HR-HPV infection were obtained by Chi-square test or rank sum test.Further,the binary Logistic regression analysis found that Yang deficiency quality,qi deficiency quality and anxiety state were negatively correlated with persistent HR-HPV infection.The risk of persistent HR-HPV infection in people with Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency was 3.535 times and 3.835 times higher than those without Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency,respectively.For every point higher in anxiety status,the risk of persistent HR-HPV infection increased by 1.110 times.Conclusion Persistent HR-HPV infection is correlated with TCM constitution and anxiety status.
