TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF、MCP-1因子在子宫内膜异位症患者血清中的表达及临床意义

TNF-α、Expression and clinical significance of lL-6,VEGF,MCP-1 factor in serum of patients with endometriosis

目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)在子宫内膜异位症患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法选取60例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究组,另选取同期本院60例妇科健康体检者作为对照组。检测并比较两组血清TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF及MCP-1因子水平,比较AFS不同分期的各血清因子水平变化,并行出院后6个月随访,比较疾病复发者与未复发者血清TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF及MCP-1因子水平情况。结果研究组TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF及MCP-1因子水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伴随子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜异位症分期标准(r-AFS)分期的提升,患者TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF及MCP-1因子水平逐渐提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经6个月随访,子宫内膜异位症复发者TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF及MCP-1水平均高于未复发者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、lL-6、VEGF及MCP-1因子水平对评估子宫内膜异位症患者疾病分期、病情严重程度及预后效果具有重要意义。

Objective To investigatetumor necrosisfactor-α(TNF-a)、Theexpression and clinical significanceof interleukin-6(lL-6),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),monocyte chemoattractant factor-1(MCP-1)in the serum of patients with endometriosis.Methods 60 patients with endometriosis were selected as the study group,and another 60 gynecological healthy patients in our hospital were selected as the control group.The levels of serum TNF-α,lL-6,VEGF and MCP-1 factors were detected and compared between the two groups,and the changes of serum factors at different stages of AFS were compared.The levels of serum TNF-α,lL-6,VEGF and MCP-1 factors were compared between the patients with disease recurrence and those without disease recurrence at 6 months after discharge.Results The levels of TNF-α,lL-6,VEGF and MCP-1 factors in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of factors TNF-α,lL-6,VEGF and MCP-1 in patients with endometriosis were gradually increased with the improvement of r-AFS staging,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6-month follow-up,the levels of TNF-α,lL-6,VEGF and MCP-1 in patients with recurrent endometriosis were higher than those in patients without recurrent endometriosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of TNF-α,lL-6,VEGF and MCP-1 factors are of great significance in evaluating disease stage,severity and prognosis of patients with endometriosis.
