序贯应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇方案在终止瘢痕子宫早期妊娠中的应用效果

Effect of sequential applicaHon of mifepristone and misoprostol regimens in the termination of early pregnancy with cicatricial uterus

目的观察在终止瘢痕子宫早期妊娠中序贯应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇的临床效果。方法选取80例瘢痕子宫早期妊娠育龄孕妇,通过随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组应用负压吸引术终止妊娠治疗,试验组序贯应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇方案治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果试验组妊娠物排出时间及阴道流血时间明显短于对照组,阴道流血量少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的宫腔组织残留率仅为2.5%,并发症发生率为2.5%,均明显低于对照组的17.5%、15.0%(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率达95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在终止瘢痕子宫早期妊娠中序贯应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇药物治疗,可获得较好的治疗效果及用药安全性,可促进妊娠物快速排出,减轻疼痛程度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sequential application of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the termination of early pregnancy with cicatricial uterus.Methods 80 pregnant women of childbearing age with early cicatricial uterus were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with negative pressure suction and the experimental group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol successively.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Gestational discharge time and vaginal bleeding time of experimental group were significantly shorter than that of control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that of control group,and the pain score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The uterine tissue residual rate and complication rate of experimental group were only 2.5%,which were significantly lower than 17.5%and 15.0%of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.0%,which was higher than that of control group 80.0%(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential application of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the termination of early pregnancy with cicatricial uterus can obtain better therapeutic effect and drug safety,promote the rapid discharge of gestational substances,and reduce the degree of pain.
