酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合曲马多用于宫腔镜术后镇痛的效果

Effect of ketorolac troamine combined with tramadol for hysteroscopic postoperative analgesia

目的分析酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合曲马多在宫腔镜术后镇痛中的效果。方法选取70例行宫腔镜手术患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。对照组予以酮咯酸氨丁三醇术后镇痛,研究组予以曲马多联合酮咯酸氨丁三醇镇痛。对比两组镇痛效果。结果术后即刻,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后2h、4h、8h、12h的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后即刻,两组平均动脉压、心率水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后30min、1h、2h平均动脉压、心率水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后12h内镇痛泵按压次数少于对照组,药物用量较对照组少(P<0.05)。研究组用药不良反应发生率11.4%与对照组8.6%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合曲马多应用于宫腔镜术后镇痛,可减轻患者疼痛,稳定生命体征,降低药物用量,减轻用药不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of ketorolac troamine combined with tramadol in hysteroscopic postoperative analgesia.Methods 70 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given postoperative analgesia with ketorolac troamine,and the study group was given analgesia with tramadol combined with ketorolac troamine.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Immediately after surgery,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 2 h,4 h,8 h and 12 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after surgery,there were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 30 min,1 h and 2 h after operation(P<0.05).The analgesic pump in the study group was pressed less than that in the control group 12 h after surgery,and the drug dosage was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in the study group was 11.4%compared with 8.6%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ketorolac troamine combined with tramadol for hysteroscopic postoperative analgesia can relieve patients'pain,stabilize vital signs,reduce drug dosage and alleviate adverse drug reactions.
