子宫肌瘤切除患者围术期护理中舒适护理模式的应用分析

Application analysis of comfort nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with hysteromyomectomy

目的观察子宫肌瘤切除患者在围术期护理工作中采取舒适护理模式的应用效果。方法选取85例子宫肌瘤切除患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(43例)与对照组(42例)。对照组采取常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取舒适护理模式。比较两组患者的术中出血量、术后肛门排气、卧床时间及自我护理能力。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,术后肛门排气、卧床时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我护理能力中的健康知识、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤切除患者中,将舒适护理模式应用于围术期护理工作中能够有效改善患者的临床指标,有利于促进患者疾病恢复,提高患者自我护理能力。

Objective To observe the application effect of comfort nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of 85 patients with hysteromyomectomy were selected and divided into the observation group(43 case)and the control group(42 case)according to random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative anal exhaust,bed rest time,and self-care ability of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative anal exhaust time and bed rest time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability such as health knowledge,self concept,self responsibility,and self care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion In patients with myomectomy,the application of comfort nursing mode in perioperative nursing can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients,promote disease recovery,and improve patient self-care ability.
