阴道残端缝线长度对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的影响

The effect of vaginal stump suture length on laparoscopic total hysterectomy

目的 探讨阴道残端缝线长度对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的影响。方法 选取90例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者为研究对象,随机分为三组,各30例。阴道残端缝线长度A组为30 cm、B组为40 cm、C组为50 cm。比较三组的手术相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果 B组阴道残端缝合时间、术后排气时间短于A、C组,术中出血量少于A、C组(P<0.05);三组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 适当的阴道残端缝线长度,可缩短缝合时间、排气时间,促进患者更快康复。

Objective To explore the effect of vaginal stump suture length on laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into three groups,with 30 patients in each group.The length of the vaginal stump suture is 30 cm in Group A,40 cm in Group B,and 50 cm in Group C.Compare the surgical related indicators and incidence of complications among the three groups.Results The vaginal stump suturing time and postoperative exhaust time in Group B were shorter than those in Groups A and C,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in Groups A and C(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Appropriate length of vaginal residual suture can shorten the suture time and exhaust time,and promote faster recovery for patients.
