单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of single hole laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts

目的探讨单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取60例卵巢囊肿患者,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用开腹手术,试验组采用单孔腹腔镜手术。比较两组手术相关指标、卵巢储备功能及免疫功能。结果试验组出血量少于对照组,排气时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后4周两组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、雌二醇水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后4周两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿,能减少患者损伤,利于术后康复,且不增加对卵巢储备功能与免疫功能的影响。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of single hole laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts.Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cysts were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.The control group underwent open surgery,while the test group underwent single hole laparoscopic surgery.Compare the two groups of surgical related indicators,ovarian reserve function,and immune function.Results The test group had less bleeding,shorter exhaust time,and shorter hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,and estradiol between the two groups at 4 weeks after surgery(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)between the two groups at 4 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Single hole laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts can reduce patient injury,facilitate postoperative recovery,and do not increase the impact on ovarian reserve function and immune function.
