门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes

目的 探究门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及安全性。方法 选取80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组采用门冬胰岛素治疗,治疗组采用门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、血糖达标率、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生情况及妊娠结局。结果 治疗后,治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,血糖达标率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),血糖达标时间短于对照组,低血糖、严重低血糖发生率(5.00%、0.00%)低于对照组(50.00%、10.00%),且不良妊娠总发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(32.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病,疗效显著,能降低患者血糖水平,缩短血糖达标时间,血糖达标率高,低血糖、不良妊娠结局发生风险低,安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of insulin aspart combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 8 Eighty patients with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin aspartate,while the treatment group was treated with insulin aspartate combined with insulin detecin.Compare the blood glucose levels,blood glucose compliance rate,blood glucose compliance time,incidence of hypoglycemia,and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group.The blood glucose reaching rate(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the blood glucose reaching time was shorter than that in the control group.The incidence of hypoglycemia and severe hypoglycemia(5.00%,0.00%)was lower than that in the control group(50.00%,10.00%),and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(32.50%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of insulin aspart and insulin detemir is effective in the treatment of gestational diabetes.It can reduce the blood sugar level of patients,shorten the time of reaching the standard of blood sugar,increase the rate of reaching the standard of blood sugar,reduce the risk of hypoglycemia and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and have high safety.
