滋肾宁心汤治疗女性更年期综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zishen Ningxin decoction on female menopausal syndrome

目的 观察滋肾宁心汤治疗女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法 选取吉林市中医院妇科就诊的86例女性更年期综合征患者,按照就诊时间分组,每组43例。对照组口服坤泰胶囊治疗,研究组给予滋肾宁心汤治疗。比较治疗前后两组性激素指标及各项中医证候积分变化情况。结果 治疗后,两组促黄体生成素、雌二醇、卵泡刺激素均得到改善,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心悸、月经紊乱、烘热、腰膝酸软、心烦少寐、头晕耳鸣积分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 滋肾宁心汤治疗女性更年期综合征,能有效改善性激素水平与临床症状,应用价值显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Ningxin decoction on female menopausal syndrome.Methods 86 female patients with menopausal syndrome who received gynecological treatment at Jilin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and grouped in chronological order,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kuntai capsules orally,while the research group was treated with Zishen Ningxin Tang.The changes in sexual hormone indicators and various traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol,and follicle stimulating hormone in both groups were improved,and the study group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of palpitations,menstrual disorders,scorching heat,soreness in the waist and knees,restlessness and lack of sleep,dizziness and tinnitus in both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Ningxin Decoction can effectively improve the levels of sexual hormones and clinical symptoms in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome,and has significant clinical application value.
