无保护助产护理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用价值

Application value of unprotected midwifery nursing in natural delivery of primipara

目的 探讨无保护助产护理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用价值。方法 选取76名初产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各38名。对照组予以常规助产护理,观察组给予无保护助产护理。比较两组的会阴疼痛程度、出血量、住院时间、产程时间、并发症与自然分娩率。结果 观察组会阴疼痛程度评分低于对照组,出血量少于对照组,住院时间及产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(5.26%)低于对照组(21.05%),自然分娩率(97.37%)高于对照组(81.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无保护助产护理能提升初产妇自然分娩率,且缩短产程时间,减少分娩出血量。

Objective To explore the value of unprotected midwifery nursing in natural delivery of primipara.Methods 76 primiparas were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery nursing,while the observation group was given unprotected midwifery nursing.The degree of perineal pain,amount of blood loss,length of hospital stay,labor duration,complications and rate of natural delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The score of perineal pain degree in observation group was lower than that in control group,the amount of blood loss was less than that in control group,the length of hospital stay and labor time were shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(5.26%)was lower than that of control group(21.05%),and the natural delivery rate(97.37%)was higher than that of control group(81.58%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non protective midwifery nursing can improve the natural delivery rate of primipara,shorten the labor process time,and reduce the amount of labor bleeding.
