彩色多普勒超声与CT检查在妇科急腹症中的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and CT examination in gynecological acute abdomen

目的 比较彩色多普勒超声与CT检查在妇科急腹症中的诊断价值。方法 选取本院70例妇科急腹症患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行彩色多普勒超声与CT检查。以手术病理检验结果为金标准,比较两种检查方式的诊断结果,并总结妇科急腹症的彩色多普勒超声成像特点。结果 彩色多普勒超声对妇科急腹症的诊断准确率为92.86%,高于CT检查(81.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科急腹症准确率高,操作简单便捷,且重复性较高。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and CT examination in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 70 patients with gynecological acute abdomen in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and all patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound and CT examination.Using surgical pathological examination results as the gold standard,compare the diagnostic results of two examination methods,and summarize the color Doppler ultrasound imaging characteristics of gynecological acute abdomen.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen was 92.86%,higher than that of CT examination(81.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high accuracy,simple and convenient operation,and high repeatability in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.
