经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查诊断卵巢肿瘤的价值

The value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors

目的 探究经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查诊断卵巢肿瘤的临床价值。方法 选取76例卵巢肿瘤患者,所有患者均行经腹部超声、经阴道超声检查。比较不同性质肿瘤的平均流速、血流最大峰值。并以病理诊断结果为金标准,比较不同检查方式的诊断准确率。结果 恶性肿瘤的平均流速、血流最大峰值大于良性肿瘤(P<0.05)。诊断准确率比较,经腹部超声联合经阴道超声(97.37%)显著高于经腹部超声(84.21%)、经阴道超声(88.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查用于诊断卵巢肿瘤,准确率高,可全面掌握肿瘤形态结构,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods76 patients with ovarian tumors were selected,and all patients underwent transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound examinations.Compare the average flow velocity and maximum peak blood flow of different types of tumors.And compare the diagnostic accuracy of diferent examination methods using pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard.Results The average flow velocity and maximum peak blood flow of malignant tumors were higher than those of benign tumors(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy comparison showed that the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(97.37%)was significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound(84.21%)and transvaginal ultrasound(88.16%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound is highly accurate in diagnosing ovarian tumors,and can comprehensively grasp the tumor morphology and structure,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
