手术室综合护理应用于腹腔镜子宫切除术的效果观察

Effect of nursing intervention in laparoscopic hysterectomy in minimally invasive operating room

目的 探讨手术室综合护理用于腹腔镜子宫切除术的效果。方法 选取本院74例行腹腔镜子宫切除术的患者为研究对象,采用双盲法将患者分成两组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组基于常规护理加以手术室综合护理,对比两组患者的手术相关指标、应激指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间短于对照组;出院时,观察组患者的白细胞介素-6、C-反应蛋白及血清皮质醇水平低于对照组;观察组并发症发生率为2.70%,显著低于对照组的21.62%;观察组护理满意度为94.59%,显著高于对照组的75.68%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术室综合护理用于腹腔镜子宫切除术中,能显著改善患者的手术相关指标,降低应激反应,且并发症发生率低,患者护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in operating room for laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 74 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups using a double blind method,with 37 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing in the operating room based on routine nursing.The surgical related indicators,stress indicators,complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operative time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group;At discharge,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and serum cortisol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.70%,significantly lower than 21.62%in the control group;The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.59%,significantly higher than 75.68%in the control group;The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing in the operating room during laparoscopic hysterectomy can significantly improve patients'surgical related indicators,reduce stress reactions,and have a low incidence of complications and high patient satisfaction with nursing.
