早期预防护理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of early preventive nursing on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with diabetes

目的 分析早期预防护理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法 选择100例GDM孕妇为研究对象,随机分成两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期预防护理,比较两组的血糖相关指标、妊娠结局及新生儿不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);不良妊娠结局发生率观察组(16.00%)低于对照组(34.00%),新生儿不良反应发生率观察组(14.00%)低于对照组(32.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施早期预防护理,可有效降低妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖水平,最大限度地避免不良妊娠结局和对新生儿的不利影响。

Objective To analyze the effect of early preventive care on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 100 pregnant women with GDM were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received early preventive care.The blood glucose related indicators,pregnancy outcomes,and incidence of neonatal adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(16.00%)was lower than that in the control group(34.00%),and the incidence of neonatal adverse reactions in the observation group(14.00%)was lower than that in the control group(32.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early preventive care can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,and avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse effects on newborns.
