多方位保温措施结合优质护理在剖宫产手术中的应用研究

Application of multi-directional thermal insulation measures combined with high-quality nursing in cesarean section

目的 探究多方位保温措施结合优质护理在剖宫产手术中的应用价值。方法 选取本院收诊的32名剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按照手术前后顺序进行分组,前16名为对照组,实施常规护理,后16名为观察组,实施多方位保温措施结合优质护理。对比两组体温水平及应激反应情况。结果 手术15 min、手术结束时观察组体温均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术中观察组肾上腺激素、去甲肾上腺素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多方位保温措施结合优质护理应用于剖宫产手术,效果较好,能显著改善产妇应激反应,保障手术顺利进行,临床应用价值较大。

Objective To explore the application value of multi-directional thermal insulation measures combined with high-quality nursing in cesarean section.Methods 32 cesarean section pregnant women admitted to our hospital were selected as research subjects,and were divided into groups according to the sequence before and after surgery.The first 16 women were in the control group,receiving routine nursing care,and the last 16 women were in the observation group,receiving multi-directional thermal insulation measures combined with high-quality nursing.The temperature levels and stress responses of the two groups were compared.Results The body temperature in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 15 min and the end of the operation(P<0.05);During the operation,the levels of adrenal hormone and norepinephrine in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-directional thermal insulation measures combined with high-quality nursing care in cesarean section has a good effect,can significantly improve maternal stress reactions,ensure the smooth operation,and has great clinical application value.
