综合护理管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood sugar control of pregnant women with diabetes

目的 观察综合护理管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果。方法 选取70例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机抽签方法分为两组,各35例。对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组予以综合护理管理。比较两组的血糖水平、遵医行为及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组饮食控制、疾病认知、遵医用药、规律锻炼评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度观察组(97.14%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理管理应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者,血糖控制效果较好,且遵医行为及护理满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood sugar control of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods 70 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing management.Compare the blood sugar levels,compliance behavior,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of dietary control,disease cognition,medication adherence,and regular exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing management in diabetes patients during pregnancy has a good effect on blood sugar control,and high compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
