心理评价及干预在先兆流产患者护理中的应用效果

The application effect of psychological evaluation and intervention in the nursing of threatened abortion patients

目的 分析心理评价及干预在先兆流产患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取86例先兆流产患者,按照奇偶分组法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加以心理评价及干预。比较两组患者的心理健康状况、疾病认知程度、保胎成功率。结果 观察组心理健康状况各项评分均低于对照组,疾病认知程度总分及各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。保胎成功率观察组(90.70%)高于对照组(65.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心理评价及干预应用于先兆流产患者护理,能提高患者的保胎成功率及疾病认知程度,且改善心理健康状况。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of psychological evaluation and intervention in patients with threatened abortion.Methods 86 patients with threatened miscarriage were selected and divided into two groups according to the parity grouping method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received psychological evaluation and intervention based on the control group.Compare the mental health status,disease awareness,and success rate of abortion in both groups of patients.ResultsThe psychological health scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the total score of disease cognition and various scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the experimental group(90.70%)was higher than that in the control group(65.12%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological evaluation and intervention in the care of patients with threatened miscarriage can improve the success rate and disease awareness of patients,as well as improve their mental health status.
