保温护理对妇科宫腔镜手术患者体温及应激反应的影响

摘要 目的 研究保温护理对妇科宫腔镜手术患者体温及应激反应的影响。方法 选取36例妇科宫腔镜手术患者,按照电脑随机分号方式分为两组,各18例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用保温护理。比较两组患者的体温、应激反应及不良反应。结果 手术15 min、手术30 min、手术结束时观察组体温均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术中观察组肾上腺激素、去甲肾上腺素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组(0%)显著低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在妇科宫腔镜手术中对患者实施保温护理,能够显著减少应激反应,促进手术正常进行,且不良反应发生率低,可推广使用。 Objective To Study the effect of thermal insulation nursing on body temperature and stress response in patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.Methods 36 patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to computer numbering,with 18 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received insulation care.Compare the body temperature,stress response,and adverse reactions of two groups of patients.Results The body temperature of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 15 minutes,30 minutes,and the end of the surgery(P<0.05).During the operation,the levels of adrenal hormones and norepinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).T The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing thermal insulation care for patients during gynecological hysteroscopic surgery can significantly reduce stress reactions,promote normal operation,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions,which can be promoted for use.
