养老机构医养结合设计策略研究

Research on the design strategy of medical and nursing integration in elderly care institutions

随着我国老年人口的快速增长,人口老龄化逐渐成为我国当前和未来很长一段时间面临的国情。伴随而来的是我国养老产业的蓬勃发展。目前由于整个养老产业还处于探索发展阶段,养老机构的医疗资源及养老资源未能有效整合形成整体,造成功能缺失或资源浪费的现象。通过对国内外大量养老机构进行研究,同时结合实际工程设计实践,提出养老机构医养结合设计策略,意在使养老机构能切实满足老年人高质量、健康生活需求,达到推动养老机构健康可持续发展的效果。

With the rapid growth of the elderly population in China,the aging of the population has gradually become the national situation that China is facing at present and for a long time in the future.Accompanied by this is the vigorous development of China’s pension industry.At present,due to the fact that the entire pension industry is still in the exploration and development stage,the medical resources and pension resources of pension institutions have not been effectively integrated into a whole,resulting in the phenomenon of lack of functions or waste of resources.Through research on a large number of elderly care institutions at home and abroad,combined with actual engineering design practice,this paper puts forward a design strategy for the integration of medical care and nursing care in elderly care institutions,which is intended to enable elderly care institutions to effectively meet the needs of high-quality and healthy life of the elderly,and achieve the effect of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of elderly care institutions.
