以崇文塔片区城市设计为实践案例,聚焦人民现实诉求和区域矛盾,破局新的解题思路与方法,转变传统城市设计思维,通过生态、产业、功能和价值维度分析,借鉴未来城市、智慧城市等理念,探索人民城市内涵下新城建设的策略与路径,并通过全周期的设计管控与实施保障,探索新城发展建设的新模式。

This paper takes the urban design of Chongwenta District as a practical case,focuses on the people’s realistic demands and regional contradictions,breaks new thinking and methods to solve problems,changes the traditional urban design thinking,and explores the strategy and path of new city construction within the meaning of people’s city through ecological,industrial,functional and value dimension analysis,drawing on future cities,smart cities and other concepts,and through full cycle design control and implementation guarantee,explore new models for the development and construction of new cities.
