摘要
循环泵出口设置止回阀是传统热力站设计工艺流程中的一环,起到了保障循环系统安全运行的作用。在保障安全的前提下,实验从安全性及经济性两方面对循环泵出口设置止回阀的合理性进行了论述。对循环泵急停瞬时的压力变化进行分析,探讨了供热系统产生水击的可能性以及对设备和管网的危害程度;研究了止回阀对热力站运行能耗的影响;有针对性地提出取消循环泵出口止回阀的优化建议和运行策略,并简要计算了推广应用的成本及收益,达到了引导供热企业积极开拓降本增效思路的效果。
The check valve at the outlet of the circulating pump is a part of the traditional thermal station design,which ensures the safe operation of the circulating system.On the premise of ensuring safety,the experiment discussed the rationality of the check valve at the outlet of the circulating pump from both safety and economy aspects.The pressure change caused by the stop of the circulating pump is analyzed,and the possibility of water hammer causing damage to the equipment and pipe network is discussed;the impact of check valves on the operational energy consumption of thermal power stations is studied;the proposal and operation strategy for canceling the circulation pump outlet check valve are proposed,and the cost and benefit of promotion are calculated.The effect of guiding heating enterprises to develop ideas and reduce costs has been achieved.
