水利工程帷幕灌浆误区之探讨 被引量:1

摘要 水利工程受大坝基础的地质条件、灌浆工艺、灌浆压力、灌浆材料等因素的制约,受水工建筑物结构特点等因素的影响,在帷幕灌浆设计和灌浆施工中,又受灌浆压力、灌浆孔排距、灌浆材料等易误区的影响,往往出现难以形成连续有效帷幕,且在工程造价增加的情况下,也未达到设计的防渗标准和防渗要求。在工程帷幕设计和灌浆施工中,避免误区的影响,探索适宜大坝基础地层灌浆的参数,通过灌浆试验论证其合理性,指导整个生产灌浆是工程帷幕灌浆的关键,形成连续、完整有效的防渗帷幕,达到降低帷后扬压力,确保基岩的渗流稳定和减少大坝的渗漏,发挥水库效益是最终目的。 Hydraulic engineering is restricted by the geological conditions of the dam foundation,grouting technology,grouting pressure,grouting materials and other factors,influenced by the structural characteristics of hydraulic buildings,in the curtain grouting design and construction,and by the grouting pressure,grouting hole spacing,grouting materials and other easy errors,it is often difficult to form a continuous effective curtain,and the project cost increases.Also did not meet the design of anti-seepage standards and anti-seepage requirements.In curtain design and grouting construction,avoiding the influence of errors,exploring the parameters suitable for dam foundation grouting,proving its rationality through grouting test,guiding the whole production grouting is the key of curtain grouting,forming a continuous,complete and effective anti-seepage curtain,achieving the lowering of the bottom curtain after raising pressure,ensuring the seepage stability of bedrock and reducing the dam leakage.The ultimate goal is to bring the benefit of reservoir into play.
