摘要
京密引水渠是承担北京市供水任务的重要供水渠道,南水北调通水后,尤其是南水北调来水调入密云水库调蓄工程建成后,京密引水渠形成了新的供水模式。大规模、长线路京密引水渠项目施工的导流排水方案难度大。以京密引水渠渠道修复工程为例,在深入调查、分析京密引水渠供水现状情况的基础上,研究、确定对“按实际流量进行施工导流”方案和“利用渠道停水期施工(渠道排水)”方案进行比选,明确推荐“利用渠道停水期施工(渠道排水)”方案,该方案在经济、安全、施工方便等方面具有明显优势,同时是一个具有一定可行性的方案。重点对停水后的渠道排水方案进行详细论证、比选,研究确定合理的渠道排水方案,并最终形成了相对合理的施工导流排水方案。本文通过技术和管理方式,采取了综合调度南水北调水源与密云水库水源供水的解决途径,是技术研究与政府管理的一次有机融合,效益明显,也将是工程能安全、顺利施工的基础与重要保障。
Jingmi diversion channel is an important water supply channel to undertake the water supply task in Beijing.After the south-to-north water diversion project was opened,especially after the water from the south-to-north water diversion project was transferred into Miyun Reservoir,Jingmi diversion channel formed a new water supply mode.The diversion and drainage scheme for the construction of large-scale and long-line Jingmi diversion canal project is difficult.Taking the Jingmi Diversion Canal Restoration Project as an example,based on in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of water supply in Jingmi Diversion Canal,this paper studies and determines the comparison and selection of the"actual flow for construction diversion"scheme and the"construction(channel drainage)using the channel water cut-off period"scheme,and clearly recommends the"construction(channel drainage)using the channel water cut-off period"scheme,which has obvious advantages in economy,safety and construction convenience,It is also a possible solution.It focuses on the detailed demonstration and comparison of the channel drainage scheme after the water cut-off,studies and determines the reasonable channel drainage scheme,and finally forms a relatively reasonable construction diversion and drainage scheme.Through technology and management,this paper adopts the solution of comprehensively dispatching the water source of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and the water supply of Miyun Reservoir,which is an organic integration of technical research and government management,with obvious benefits,and will also be the foundation and important guarantee for the safe and smooth construction of the project.
