摘要
洞室群开挖作业特点是洞室粉尘浓度居高不下,给作业人员的身心健康及企业安全高效生产带来了严重威胁,而水幕降尘技术是施工中首要防尘措施,以其操作简便、经济、降尘效果较好受到广泛应用。以A水封洞库项目为例,利用熵算法分析探讨了开挖面积大的洞室群施工中水幕降尘系统运行诊断分析。通过调整降尘参数优化降尘设备设置,消除洞室内粉尘这一隐形灾害,保障地下洞室的作业安全、改善作业环境和维护作业人员的身心健康,为相关项目提供借鉴。
The excavation operation of the cave group is characterized by the high dust concentration of the cave,which brings great threats to the physical and mental health of the operators and the safe and efficient production of the enterprise,and the water curtain dust reduction technology is the primary dust prevention measure in the construction,and is widely used for its simple operation,economy and good dust reduction effect.Taking the water-sealed cave reservoir project as an example,this paper uses entropy algorithm analysis to discuss the operation diagnosis and analysis of water curtain dust reduction system in the construction of cave group with large excavation area.The adjustment of dust reduction parameters is to optimize the setting of dust reduction equipment,eliminate the invisible disaster of dust in the cave,ensure the operation safety of the underground cavern,improve the working environment and maintain the physical and mental health of the operators,and provide reference for related projects.
