铁路盾构隧道智能建造的勘察技术及其智能化分级方法

摘要 在传统铁路隧道工程地质勘察过程中,往往会由于管理缺乏协同性、信息缺乏时效性、勘察成果缺乏共享性引起的信息沟通不对称问题,导致设计不完整、设计意图表达不明确,使得工程项目的勘察方与设计方缺乏协调,影响工程建设质量,项目对接不流畅。为有效解决这些问题,初步探索采用智能建造技术对勘察成果智能化。在阐述盾构隧道智能建造和勘察技术基本内涵的基础上,详细论述了盾构隧道智能建造及其勘察成果的智能化分级方法,总结出在盾构隧道智能建造勘察过程中应用BIM技术将勘察成果信息智能化的方式,创建三维地质信息模型,为设计、施工提供较为直观的地质结构特点以及与地质结构有关的数据变化规律,提高了勘察工作效率和勘察成果的准确性、可读性。 In the process of traditional railway tunnel engineering geological survey,asymmetric information communication caused by lack of coordination in management,lack of timeliness in information and lack of sharing of survey result,leads to incomplete design and unclear expression of design intent,resulting in the lack of coordination between the survey and design parties of the project,affecting the quality of the project construction.In order to effectively solve these problems,the intelligent construction technology is initially explored to intelligentize the survey result.On the basis of elaborating the basic connotation of intelligent construction and survey technology of shield tunnel,this paper discusses in detail the intelligent classification method of intelligent construction and survey result of shield tunnel,and summarizes the way of applying BIM technology to intelligentize the information of survey result in the process of intelligent construction and survey of shield tunnel.The 3D geological information model is created to provide more intuitive geological structure characteristics and data change rules related to geological structure for design and construction,which improves the efficiency of survey work and the accuracy and readability of survey result.
