腹腔镜下子宫切除术中应用细节护理配合的效果分析

Effect analysis of detailed nursing cooperation in laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫切除手术治疗中应用术中细节护理配合干预的效果及其安全性。方法:在2020年2月至2022年2月进入本院治疗的患者中,选取接受腹腔镜下子宫切除术治疗的患者作为此次课题研究主要对象,共计纳入病例72例。根据系统随机分组原则对其进行平均分组,每组36例。在腹腔镜下子宫切除术实施过程中,对照组辅以常规护理措施,观察组辅以细节护理措施,对上述两组患者四项重要手术指标进行记录并对比分析,分析两组并发症及护理满意度差异。结果:观察组术后肛门排气等四项时间指标均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症占比低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著更高(P<0.05)。结论:在经腹腔镜行宫切除手术中,辅以细节护理措施,可显著缩短患者肛门排气等时间指标,能明显降低并发症的发生率,利于护患关系和谐发展,是理想的术中护理措施,值得护理学界重视并加以推行。

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of intraoperative detailed nursing combined with intervention in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:Among the patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022,the patients who received laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected as the main objects of this study,a total of 72 cases were included.The patients were divided into 36 patients in each group according to the principle of systematic randomization.During the implementation of laparoscopic hysterectomy,the control group was supplemented with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was supplemented with detailed nursing measures.The four important surgical indicators of the two groups were recorded and analyzed,and the complications and nursing satisfaction differences between the two groups were analyzed.Results:Four time indexes including anal exhaust were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic hysterectomy,supplemented with detailed nursing measures,can significantly shorten the time index such as anal exhaust,can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,beneficial to the harmonious development of nurse patient relationships,it is an ideal intraoperative nursing measures,worthy of attention and implementation of the nursing community.
