摘要
药物共晶可以明显改善药物的水溶性,但药物共晶因存在多晶型导致晶型控制困难。因此综述了多晶型成核的主要影响因素,主要包括成核动力学和流体力学,尤其重点介绍了巴彻勒涡流的液流特征及其在药物结晶领域的最新研究进展,最后对巴彻勒涡流在药物共晶多晶型成核中的应用进行了展望。希望能为从事药物共晶研究的科研人员及工程技术人员提供有益的帮助。
Drug cocrystal can obviously improve the water solubility of drugs,but it is difficult to control the crystal form of drug cocrystal because of the existence of polymorphs.Therefore,the main influencing factors of polymorphic nucleation are reviewed,mainly including nucleation kinetics and hydrodynamics,especially the liquid flow characteristics of Batchelor vortex flow and its latest research progress in the field of drug crystallization.Finally,the application of Batchelor vortex flow in drug cocrystal polymorphic nucleation is prospected.It is hoped to provide useful help for researchers and engineers engaged in drug cocrystal research.
