基于改进模糊综合评判的天然气净化厂离心泵FMECA风险评价

摘要 离心泵是天然气净化厂中的关键设备,由于其结构复杂,且发生事故会造成严重后果,因此有必要对其进行风险评价,而传统的FMECA风险评价方法受个人主观判断影响程度较大,研究提出了一种利用最小隶属度加权平均偏差,结合FMECA风险评价,对某气田天然气净化厂提升用离心泵进行风险评价。结果表明,评价等级为较低,根据现场实际及国家标准规定该泵风险等级为较低,证明了该方法的可行性。 Centrifugal pump is the key equipment in the natural gas purification plant.Because of its complex structure and serious consequences when accidents occur,it will carry out risk assessment.The traditional FMECA risk assessment method is greatly affected by personal subjective judgments.This paper proposes a method of using the weighted average deviation of the minimum membership degree,combined with the FMECA risk assessment,to carry out the risk assessment of elevator centrifugal pump of a certain natural gas purification plant.The results show that the evaluation level is low,according to actual site conditions and national standards,the result is same as the method,which proves that the method is feasible.
