摘要
通过电磁阻垢在煤化工大型高盐水反渗透装置的应用情况进行研究分析,电磁阻垢技术在特定的使用环境下,可以取代传统的化学加药处理方式。电磁处理(EMF)因为可以避免或减少使用阻垢剂、非氧化性杀菌剂或其他化学药剂,且设备安装方便、日常维护工作量少、运行费用低,与传统的化学加药处理方式相比,具有较大的优势。
Through the research and analysis of the application of electromagnetic scale inhibition in the large high-salt water reverse osmosis device of coal chemical industry,the electromagnetic scale inhibition technology can replace the traditional chemical dosing treatment method under the specific use environment.Electromagnetic treatment(EMF)has great advantages over traditional chemical dosing treatment because it can avoid or reduce the use of scale inhibitors,non-oxidizing fungicides or other chemical agents,and the equipment installation is convenient,the daily maintenance workload is small,and the operating cost is low.
