高价值塑料成分萃取装置设计

摘要 新型可降解塑料的大范围使用虽然缓解了传统塑料难降解的难题,保护了现有环境,却也带来了其他的问题,特别是可降解塑料在高温下与食物长期接触,仍会加快释放出双酚A、塑化剂等有害物质,而如何快速高效地检测塑料中是否存在有害物质,并确定其中的含量成为现在的重中之重,然而现在的检测方法程序复杂,检测量单一,为此设计了一款操作简单,检测效率高效的塑料成分萃取装置,通过更换不同的萃取材料实现对塑料中不同物质的含量进行萃取。 Although the large-scale use of new degradable plastics alleviates the problem of difficult degradation of traditional plastics and protects the existing environment,it also brings other problems.In particular,the degradable plastics will still accelerate the release of bisphenol A,plasticizer and other harmful substances when they are in long-term contact with food under high temperature.How to quickly and efficiently detect whether there are harmful substances in plastics and determine their contents has become the top priority now.However,the current detection method is complex and the detection amount is single.Therefore,this paper designed a plastic component extraction device with simple operation and high detection efficiency,which can extract the content of different substances in plastics by changing different extraction materials.
