摘要
液滴碰撞细杆的现象在固液分离和玻璃棉制造等方面有着重要的应用,采用了多体耗散粒子动力学(MDPD)模拟液滴碰撞圆柱形杆,研究了不同碰撞速度,不同液滴直径以及不同杆的高度对于扩散系数、最大扩散系数的影响。结果表明,液滴的碰撞结果可以分为三种类型,随着碰撞速度和细杆与壁面间高度的改变会导致不同的结果。
The phenomenon of droplets impacting on ther has important applications in solid-liquid separation and glass wool manufacturing.We present a numerical model to study the collisions between droplets and fibers through the MDPD method(many-body dissipative particle dynamics).The effect of impacting velocity,droplet diameter ratio and height of the fiber is considered on the spreading factor and maximum speading factor.There are three impacting states with different impacting velocities and the height between fiber and flat.
