摘要
制药废水因其污染物成分复杂、高毒性、高浓度特点,极易对生化系统造成冲击。本文阐述了某制药企业废水处理生化系统受冲击后,使用生物增效技术及相关产品硝化菌种恢复系统的过程及效果。结果表明:生化系统受冲击导致出水超标后,投加硝化菌种,可快速恢复硝化系统,并提高系统抗冲击能力。在好氧池氨氮浓度高达536.8 mg/L条件下,快速建立硝化反应,氨氮持续降低至1 mg/L以下并稳定运行,远低于排放标准(<40 mg/L),对企业污水达标排放具有积极的意义。
Pharmaceutical wastewater is easy to impact the biochemical system due to its complex composition,high toxicity and high concentration of pollutants.This paper describes the process and effect of using bioefficiency technology and related products to restore the system of nitrifying bacteria after the impact of biochemical system of wastewater treatment in a pharmaceutical enterprise.The results showed that adding nitrifying bacteria could quickly restore the nitrifying system and improve the anti-impact ability of the system after the impact of the biochemical system caused the effluent exceeded the standard.Under the condition that the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the aerobic tank is as high as 536.8 mg/L,the rapid establishment of nitrification reaction can continuously reduce the ammonia nitrogen to below 1 mg/L and run stably,which is far lower than the discharge standard(<40 mg/L),which has positive significance for the standard discharge of sewage in enterprises.
