摘要
通过廉价易得的2-羟基苯乙酮经过取代、羟醛缩合和酯化三步反应最终合成基于苯并呋喃酮,且含丙烯酸酯基的α,β-不饱和羰基化合物。所有的产物经过^(1)H NMR和^(13)C NMR分析,确认结构准确无误。
The functionalizedα,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds derived from benzofuran-3(2 H)-one were readily synthesized from cheap and commercially available 2-hydroxyacetophenone through a multi-step process,including nucleophilic substitution,aldol condensation and esterification.The structures of the products were unambiguously confirmed by^(1)H NMR and^(13)C NMR analysis.
