摘要
以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐为溶剂,采用超声波辅助法提取女贞子中的总黄酮。首先研究了超声时间、超声功率、液料比和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐浓度对总黄酮提取率的影响,然后在单因素实验基础上利用Box-Benhnken响应面法优化其提取工艺,其最优提取工艺为:超声时间38 min、超声功率600 W、液料比47∶1(mL∶g)、离子液体浓度0.8 mol/L,在此条件下,女贞子总黄酮平均提取率为8.48%,与预测值非常接近,表明该模型能用来预测女贞子总黄酮的提取。
In this paper,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide was used as solvent to extract total flavonoids from Ligustrum lucidum ait.Firstly,the effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,liquid-solid ratio and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide concentration on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were studied.Then,on the basis of single factor experiment,the extraction process was optimized by box benhnken response surface methodology.The optimal extraction process was as follows:ultrasonic time 38 min,ultrasonic power 600 W,liquid-solid ratio 47∶1(mL∶g),ionic liquid concentration 0.8 mol/L.The average extraction rate of total flavonoids from Ligustrum lucidum was 8.48%,which was very close to the predicted value,indicating that the model can be used to predict the extraction of total flavonoids from Ligustrum lucidum.
