摘要
目的:探究不同浓度的天然冰片对布洛芬乳膏体外经皮吸收的影响。方法:采用Franz扩散池法,以离体小鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,以紫外分光光度法测定加入0.5%,0.75%,1%,1.25%的天然冰片促透剂的布洛芬软膏的累积渗透量,并测量其滞留量。结果:布洛芬软膏检测质量浓度的线性范围为12.5~400μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998);精密度、稳定性试验RSD均小于2%,回收率为97.35%。加入1%天然冰片促透剂的布洛芬软膏10.5 h的累积渗透量(χ±s)为22.20±0.06920 mg·cm^(-2),明显高于其他组。结论:1%天然冰片对布洛芬乳膏的促透效果最佳;本试验为布洛芬乳膏的深入研究提供了一定的理论基础。
Objective:To study the natural borneol in different concentrations on the permeation of ibuprofen cream through skin.Methods:Use Franz diffusion cell method to measure transdermal absorption.The contents of natural borneol in the cream are 0.5%,0.75%,1%,1.25%.At last the permeation and the retention was measured by the UV spectrophotometer.Results:After transdermal experiment,thecumulative infiltration of homemade ibuprofen cream with 1%camphor extract after 10.5 h was 22.20±0.06920 mg·cm^(-2),which is higher than other groups.Conclusion:The camphor extract have good permeation enhancing effect on ibuprofen cream,and 1%concentration preformed the best.This experiment laid foundation for further clinical trials of ibuprofen cream.
