摘要
以硼酸和低黏度端羟基硅油为原料制备自愈合聚硼硅氧烷增粘剂,将其加入到甲基乙烯基混炼硅橡胶中,并以2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰为硫化剂,羟基乙烯基硅油为结构控制剂共聚改性制备硼改性硅橡胶自粘带。研究了硫化时间、硼酸与端羟基硅油反应比、结构控制剂添加量对硼改性硅橡胶自粘带力学性能及热稳定性能的影响。结果表明,结构控制剂的加入能够提升体系交联密度,自粘带综合性能得到提升,当硫化时间为15 min,甲基乙烯基混炼硅橡胶用量为400份,各组分(端羟基硅油、硼酸、羟基乙烯基硅油)质量比为75∶15∶10时,硅橡胶综合性能的提升效果最佳,拉伸强度达到4.70 MPa,提升了26.3%,断裂伸长率为572%,剥离强度达到5.7 N/cm,邵氏A硬度为55.6 HA,分解温度为389.9℃,达到了室温自愈合、耐高温的效果,后续可应用于高温密闭环境中电缆设备的绝缘保护。
In this paper,a self-healing polyborosiloxane tackifier was prepared from boric acid and low-viscosity terminal hydroxy silicone oil,which was added to methyl vinyl blended silicone rubber(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide as the vulcanizing agent)and hydroxy vinyl silicone oil as the structural control agent for copolymer modification to prepare boron-modified silicone rubber self-adhesive tapes.The effects of vulcanization time,reaction ratio of boric acid and terminal hydroxyl silicone oil,and addition of structural control agent on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the boron-modified silicone rubber self-adhesive tape were investigated.The results show that the addition of structural control agent can enhance the crosslinking density of the system,and the comprehensive performance of the self-adhesive tape is improved.When the vulcanization time is 15 min,the amount of methyl vinyl blended silicone rubber is 400 parts,and the ratio of each component(end-hydroxy silicone oil,boric acid,hydroxy vinyl silicone oil)is 75∶15∶10,the comprehensive performance of the silicone rubber is best improved,and the tensile strength reaches 4.70 MPa(26.3%),elongation at break is 572%,peel strength reaches 5.7 N/cm,Shore A hardness is 55.6 HA,decomposition temperature is 389.9℃,achieving the effect of self-healing and high temperature resistance at room temperature,which can be subsequently applied to the insulation protection of cable equipment in high temperature confined environment.
