摘要
以甘南蕨麻为样品,通过石油醚脱脂、微波辅助提取、丙酮洗涤沉淀等步骤从蕨麻中提取多糖,分析了微波功率、时间和料液比对蕨麻多糖产率的影响,在单因素基础上设计正交试验,结果表明:在微波功率400 W,微波时间300 s和料液比为1∶40(mL∶mg)时,蕨麻多糖的提取率达15%。并通过对甘南蕨麻多糖清除·OH研究表明,对·OH的清除能力随浓度的增大先增强后减弱,在1.0 mg/mL时清除效率达68%。
Polysaccharides are extracted from Potentilla anserina by degreasing with petroleum ether,microwave-assisted extraction,acetone washing and precipitation,etc.The effects of microwave power,time and material liquid ratio on the yield of Potentilla anserina polysaccharide are analyzed.Orthogonal experiments are designed on the basis of single factor.The results show that the extraction rate of Potentilla anserina polysaccharide is 15%when the microwave power is 400 W,microwave time is 300 s,and the material liquid ratio is 1∶40(mL∶mg).The study on scavenging·OH by Potentilla anserine polysaccharide shows that the scavenging ability of·OH increases first and then decreases with the increase of concentration,and the scavenging efficiency reaches 68%at 1.0 mg/mL.
