连续玄武岩纤维浸润剂研究进展

Research Progress on Continuous Basalt Fiber Sizing

为提高连续玄武岩纤维各项力学性能,满足生产和使用要求,玄武岩浸润剂配方的研制是重点。当前有不少文献总结了玄武岩纤维表面改性进展,但未有专门对玄武岩纤维浸润剂配方研究的概述文献。针对这一现状,从玄武岩纤维的特性出发,分析了玄武岩纤维浸润剂类别和性质,系统综述了目前对浸润剂中的成膜剂、偶联剂、润滑剂、抗静电剂和表面活化剂等组分的最新研究进展。

The development of basalt sizing formulations is a key focus,which is improved the mechanical properties of basalt fibers to meet the production and use requirements.At present,many literature summarizes the progress of basalt fiber surface modification,however there is no overview literature on the formulation of basalt fiber sizing.In response to this situation,starting from the characteristics of basalt fibers,this paper analyzes the types and properties of basalt fiber sizings,and systematically reviews the latest research progress on film formers,coupling agents,lubricants,antistatic agents and surface activators in sizings.
