气相色谱-质谱用于七种新精神活性物质分析研究

摘要 介绍了四类常见的新精神活性物质及其化学结构,如卡西酮类、色胺类、其他类-芬太尼、合成大麻素类。同时筛选并建立了七种现实案件中常见药物定性定量的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法,便于行业内研究、检测人员快速准确识别。实验结果表明,4-CDMC,Dimethylone,DMT,4-MPHP,N-Butylpentylone,isobutyryl fentanyl和JWH-250相对应的检出限/定量限分别为:10/30,20/60,20/60,20/60,20/60,20/60,30/90 ng/mL。实验结果表明七种新精神活性物质在80~800 ng/mL范围内线性关系均良好,R^(2)均为0.999。结论:该检测方法操作简便、灵敏度高和结果重现性好,完全符合实际案件中毒品定性定量分析鉴定的要求。 This paper introduced the common compounds and general structural formulas of four new psychoactive substances(NPS),including cathinones,tryptamines,fentanyls and synthetic cannabinoids.Besides,we provided a qualitative and quantitative detection method of seven common drugs among four types by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),which was convenient for research and testing personnel to identify these new psychoactive substances quickly and accurately in this industry.The experimental detection and quantification limits of seven new psychoactive substances(4-CDMC,Dimethylone,DMT,4-MPHP,N-Butylpentylone,isobutyryl fentanyl and JWH-250)in the four categories above were 10/30,20/60,20/60,20/60,20/60,20/60 and 30/90 ng/mL,respectively.The linear relationship of the seven new psychoactive substances were good in the range of 80~800 ng/mL,and the R^(2)were greater than 0.9990.Conclusion:this detection method is ease-operation,highly sensitive and better reproducible,which was consistent for the requirement of the qualitative and quantitative analysis and identification of drugs in actual cases.
