摘要
旨在探讨常减压装置加工海洋低硫高酸原油时可能出现的两大类腐蚀性现象:低温酸腐蚀和高温段环烷酸腐蚀。为此,提出了“提高原油总体脱盐率”和“脱除常顶循油品中氯离子”结合常规的“一脱三注”等防腐措施,并结合实际情况,采用低磷系高温缓蚀剂对易腐蚀部位进行设备材质升级改造,以期达到有效防腐的目的。
Two major corrosion issues in the processing of marine low-sulfur and high-acid crude oil by atmospheric and vacuum distillation units are low temperature acid corrosion and naphthenic acid corrosion.For low temperature acid corrosion,measures such as"one removal and three injection","improving the overall desalting rate of crude oil"and"removing chloride ions from the top circulating oil"are adopted.For naphthenic acid corrosion,low phosphorus series corrosion inhibitor is adopted,and equipment materials at vulnerable parts are upgraded.
