系统化的火炬系统核算和优化技术在现役工厂中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 火炬系统是石化工厂的最后一道安全保障,用于应对非正常工况下发生的超压事故。由于多方面的原因,诸如工厂扩建、装置扩能以及工艺流程调整等,导致火炬系统的状况错综复杂。在这种情况下装置改造扩能后火炬系统可能存在重大安全隐患,或者因无法准确核算新建装置是否可以利用现役火炬系统,导致新建项目无法实施或需另建火炬系统。因此,非常有必要对现役火炬系统进行系统化的核算,以及采取相应的消减措施对现役火炬系统的火炬量进行消减,为新建装置火炬气预留空间。本文提出一套系统化的火炬系统核算和优化技术,遵循API 521的要求从超压源头上进行科学的泄放分析和计算,采取符合标准的方法和措施对火炬量进行消减,并在此基础上对全厂火炬系统进行优化,以使全厂火炬系统满足现役及未来新建装置火炬气的排放需求。 The flare system is the last safety guarantee for petrochemical plants to deal with overpressure accidents under abnormal conditions.For many reasons,such as plant expansion,unit capacity expansion,process revamp,etc.,the state of flare system are complicated.Under this circumstances there may be major safety hazards in the flare system after reconstruction and capacity expansion,or it is impossible to accurately access whether flare system can be used by the new unit,thus causing the new project may not be carried out or the new flare system needs to be built.Therefore,it is very necessary to make revalidation for the flare system,and take corresponding metigation measures to metigate the flare load,so as to provide capacity for new units.This paper expounds a systematic flare system revalidation and optimizaition technology.According to the API 521 standard,scientific relief analysis and calculation of overpressure equipment are proposed to carry out.The technology adopts some measures conforming to the standard to mitigate the flare load,and optimize the flare system of the whole plant on this basis.So that the flare system of the whole plant can meet the needs of the old units and future new units.
