天然气长输管道工程常见的质量问题及控制措施

近年来,受经济增长、环保制约、煤改气等因素影响,我国天然气需求量持续增加,天然气呈现供不应求的趋势。天然气长输管道项目施工也陆续开展,天然气长输管道具有地区跨度大、途径地质条件多变、安装工艺复杂等特点,天然气管道施工相关事故常有发生。这就要求在长输管道施工过程中对施工质量进行干预,在管理、技术等方面进行质量控制,搞好天然气长输管道施工质量管理也就成为了一项重要课题。本文通过阐述与分析目前我国天然气长输管道工程中常见的质量问题,提出相应的控制措施与建议。
