高校大型仪器平台的安全与师生的人身安全和国家的财产安全息息相关,是仪器平台能否平稳运行的关键前提。分析了疫情期间高校大型仪器平台存在的各种安全风险,包括人员安全隐患、大型仪器缺少日常维护、环境安全缺乏保障、安全应急措施不完善等问题,有针对性地在天津大学分析测试中心开展了安全管理建设实践,搭建涵盖视频监控、烟雾报警、水浸报警、温湿度报警、UPS断电报警等的动态环境监测系统,制定仪器运行维护规范,执行日常疫情防控消杀,完善应急方案,有效提升了疫情期间的安全管理成效,为后疫情时代和突发事件下高校大型仪器平台安全管理提供了借鉴。

The safety of large-scale instrument platform in colleges and universities is closely related to the personal safety of teachers and students and the national property safety,which is the key premise for the smooth operation of the instrument platform.This paper analyzes the various security risks of large instrument platforms in colleges and universities during the epidemic,including hidden dangers of personnel security,lack of daily maintenance of large instruments,lack of environmental security,imperfect safety emergency measures,and other issues.It has carried out targeted safety management construction practices in the Analysis and Test Center of Tianjin University,covering video monitoring,smoke alarm,water immersion alarm,temperature and humidity alarm The dynamic environmental monitoring system,such as UPS power off alarm,formulated the instrument operation and maintenance specifications,implemented daily epidemic prevention and control disinfection and sterilization,improved the emergency plan,effectively improved the safety management effect during the epidemic,and provided a reference for the safety management of university large-scale instrument platforms in the post epidemic era and emergencies.
