高压直流断路器及其控制系统设计

Design of the High-Voltage DC Circuit Breaker and Its Control System

针对目前直流配网系统中直流断路器及其控制系统的成本控制问题,提出了一种经济型混合式直流断路器拓扑及控制系统设计方案。分析了直流断路器拓扑结构及控制原理,采用就地化光电转换和模块化设计思路,为直流断路器控制系统的低成本化设计提供了可能。由于减少了电力电子器件,取消电容充电回路及无需水冷装置等,使得该方案的经济性得到大幅提升。仿真结果表明,该经济型混合式直流断路器及其控制方案的全电流清除时间约20 ms,电流截断时间约3 ms,均能够满足设计要求。

An economical design scheme for hybrid DC circuit breaker topology and control system is put forward to solve the problem of cost control of the DC circuit breaker and its control system in the present DC distribution network system.The paper first analyzes the DC circuit breaker topology and its control principle,and then adopts the idea of localized photoelectric conversion and modular design to provide possibilities for the low-cost design of DC circuit breaker control system.Through reducing power electronic devices and canceling capacitor charging circuits and water cooling equipments,the economy of this scheme is greatly improved.The simulation results show that the full current clearing time of the economical hybrid DC circuit breaker and its control scheme is about 20 ms and its current truncation time is about 3 ms,which can meet the design requirements.
