摘要
汽油机颗粒捕集器(Gasoline Particle Filter,GPF)的捕集效率受多方面因素影响,分析了影响捕集效率的常见因素,并对其进行了简单的分类,把捕集器模型分为压降模型、质量能量守恒模型、效率模型和碳载模型,根据不同的因素建立对应的模型有利于展开对捕集效率定量化的研究,把影响因素量化后,根据量化结果采用不同的方法提高捕集效率、延长GPF使用寿命。
In this paper,we analyze the common factors affecting the trapping efficiency and classify them into pressure drop model,mass-energy conservation model,efficiency model and carbon loading model,and establish corresponding models according to different factors.After quantifying the influencing factors,different methods can be used to improve the trapping efficiency and extend the service life of GPF according to the quantification results.
