可拆装式榫卯家具设计研究

Research on the Design of the Mortise and Tenon Structure of Knock-down Construction

榫卯带给家具强烈的文化价值,现代榫卯结构不仅是接合手段,更凸显成为一种装饰艺术效果,呈现出特有美感。榫卯框架式结构家具一个显著缺点是不易运输和移动,家具平板化包装将极大减少生产运输等过程中的空间占用。基于目前市场板式家具可拆装性的优点,着眼于榫卯结构中可拆装性,研究分析与借鉴存在一定可拆装性的榫卯结构形式,以传统和现代榫卯拆装性划分类型,并通过结构稳定性、拆装性和装饰性总结家具拆装设计原则,运用于现代榫卯家具设计中。最后以桌几类家具为例探索一种可拆装设计,力图为榫卯家具的现代化提供新的思路。

Mortise and tenon bring a strong cultural value to furniture."Modern mortise and tenon structure is not only a joint means,but also highlights as a decorative art effect,showing a unique aesthetic feeling.A significant disadvantage of mortise-and-tenon frame structure furniture is that it is not easy to transport and move.Flat packaging of furniture will greatly reduce the space occupation in the process of production and transportation.Based on the advantages of dismountability of panel furniture in the current market,this paper focuses on the dismountability of mortise and tenon structure,studies and analyzes some dismountable mortise and tenon structures,classifies them into traditional and modern mortise and tenon structures,and summarizes the design principles of dismounting furniture through structural stability,dismountability and decoration,and applies them to modern mortise and tenon furniture design.Taking the table furniture as an example,this paper explores a detachable design,trying to provide a new idea for the modernization of mortise and tenon furniture.
