摘要
竹胶板是以竹材为原料制成的一种胶合板,相较于木胶合板来说有更好的经济性,从与竹胶板弹性模量、静曲强度等力学性能相关的各项研究展开,分析如何提高竹胶板的力学性能,以及对竹胶板力学性能产生影响的各项因素,包括热压工艺、含水率、组坯方式、竹材质量等,并对目前的研究进展进行了总结,根据目前国内外竹胶板力学性能研究中存在的问题提出了建议,以期能为今后竹胶板的研究提供参考。
Bamboo plywood is a kind of plywood made of bamboo as raw material.Compared with wood plywood,bamboo plywood has better economy.This paper will start from the research on the mechanical properties of bamboo plywood,such as elastic modulus and static bending strength,and analyze and summarize the factors that affect the mechanical properties of bamboo plywood,including hot pressing process,moisture content,forming method,bamboo quality,etc.,and how to improve the mechanical properties of bamboo plywood.Finally,the current research progress is summarized,and some suggestions are put forward according to some problems existing in the research on the mechanical properties of bamboo plywood at home and abroad,hoping to provide some reference value for the future research related to bamboo plywood.
