农民合作社社会资本的形成与作用机理——基于“利益-关系网络”的视角

The formation and function mechanism of social capital of farmers cooperative——From the perspective of“interest&relationship network”

基于“利益-关系网络”视角,构建合作社社会资本理论框架,分析了合作社社会资本的形成机理和社会资本在合作社不同发展阶段下的作用机理.分析结果表明,通过信任机制巩固以利益为出发点的合作关系网络,能够促进合作社社会资本的积累与形成;“利益—关系网络”为内部成员的信任推进营造了良好的环境,从“熟人信任”到“制度信任”,再到“公民信任”的社会资本演化,推动了合作社的有序成立、稳步成长和快速成熟.

Based on the perspective of“interest&relationship network”,the theoretical framework of social capital of cooperatives is constructed and the formation mechanism of social capital of cooperatives and the function mechanism of social capital in different development stages of cooperatives are analyzed.The results show that consolidating the cooperative relationship network based on interests through trust mechanism can promote the accumulation and formation of social capital of cooperatives.The“interest&relationship network”has created a good environment for the promotion of trust among internal members.The evolution of social capital from“acquaintance trust”to“system trust”and then to“citizen trust”has promoted the orderly establishment,steady growth and rapid maturity of cooperatives.
