铝胁迫对油茶的影响及磷缓解铝胁迫研究进展

摘要 油茶(Camellia oleifera)是我国特有的木本油料植物,广泛分布于长江以南的酸性红壤地区.铝胁迫作为常见的非生物胁迫,对油茶生长发育影响巨大.文章总结了铝胁迫对油茶生长发育和生理生化指标的影响相关研究,综述了油茶铝胁迫响应机制和油茶耐铝性分子基础的最新报道,归纳了磷元素缓解油茶铝胁迫的多种生理途径,并对未来油茶铝胁迫和耐铝性研究进行了展望,以期为油茶产业发展提供科学依据. Camellia oleifera is a unique woody oil plant in China,which is widely distributed in the acidic red soil area south of the Yangtze River.As a common abiotic stress,aluminum stress has a great impact on the growth and development of C.oleifera.The effects of aluminum stress on the growth,development and physiological and biochemical indexes of C.oleifera were summarized in this paper.The latest reports on the stress response mechanism of C.oleifera and the molecular basis of aluminum tolerance of C.oleifera,as well as the various physiological pathways of phosphorus to alleviate the stress of C.oleifera.The to future research on the aluminum stress and aluminum tolerance of C.oleifera was prospected in order to provide a scientific basis for the development of C.oleifera industry.
