摘要
随着印制电路板(PCB)行业竞争的日趋激烈,PCB订单结构也日益复杂。为了保障PCB产品质量和快速交货,必须重视订单排程的重要性,尤其对多品种PCB制造的企业,每天需要应对的PCB订单数量常常会达到300个以上,如果以手动方式排程,需要花费大量的时间,且无法保证公平性。为此,对多品种PCB订结构的自动排程系统进行开发研究,即通过对订单结构的分类整理,调整人员技能与订单结构等的适配性,在减少等待时间并提高生产适配度等约束条件下,可使得排程结果较为公平有效。
With the increasingly fierce competition in PCB industry,today's PCB order structure is becoming more and more complicated.If the factory wants to ensure PCB product quality,fast delivery,etc.,the importance of order scheduling cannot be ignored.Especially for enterprises engaged in PCB manufacturing of various varieties,the number of orders that need to be deal with PCB engineering data design every day will often reach more than 300.If manual scheduling is adopted,it will take more time and its fairness cannot be guaranteed.That is to say,this paper studies the development of automatic scheduling system for multi-variety PCB order structure.By sorting out the order structure,adapting the skills of personnel to the order structure,a fair and effective scheduling effect can be achieved under many constraints such as reducing the waiting time and improving the adaptability of production.
